RELATIVE POSITION

From the running train, I look out the window to another train running parallel. Both trains run on certain tracks, but the movements are unpredictable, as if getting sucked into a whirlpool. Until then, my kinetic movements ware fixed on certain tracks on some large corollary (perhaps, the Earth), but then it loses its grip and begins to go off track. Am I the one that is moving, or is it the world?
